The Story Behind Our Villa

Born from a shared family vision, Kasa is a villa crafted by the Subasinghe family. Its design blends simplicity, warmth, and natural textures, offering guests the same feeling of ease and connection we’ve always found along this stretch of shoreline.

The name Kasa blends the first letters of Kavi and Saanya while echoing “casa,” the Spanish word for home. Together, they express both our family connection and the sense of comfort the villa embodies.

For us, Kasa represents both heritage and intention - a name shaped by family and inspired by the idea of home. It’s a name that mirrors the villa’s design philosophy: simple, meaningful, and guided by a desire to create a space where everyone feels naturally at ease.
